Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the Software application PACE Advantage™ (“Software”), created by MedWell Consultants, LLC, a Texas company, d/b/a MedWell Solutions ("MedWell") which a web-based component and various cloud services.  The Software is an educational reward program for medical, providing education for use of the CareScriptions™ Interactive Remote Health Management solution for management of medical treatment plans.


Consent to Privacy Policy

The term ‘you’ or ‘user’ as used in this Privacy Policy refers to a patient, health care professional and any authorized caregiver using PACE Advantage™.   

The Software allows for you to authorize, validate and invite additional caregivers to use the platform on your behalf and access your information via the Software. You acknowledge that MedWell is not responsible for caregivers to whom you choose to grant access.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as deemed necessary.  The most current version, history and changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on [], or you may be notified via an email, text message or notification within the Software itself.  You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. 

By using the Software, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended over time.  "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States.  If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.


User Provided Information 

The Software obtains user information when the Software is downloaded and you register as a user.   

Registering with PACE Advantage™ and using the Software includes obtaining the following information:  

(a) your [name], email address, password and other registration information;  

(b) information you enter into the system when using the Software.

We may De-Identify Your Personal Information, and use and disclose the de-Identified Information as allowed by law.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.


Automatically Collected Information 

In addition, the Software may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device used, mobile devices’ unique device ID, the IP address of the mobile device, mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers used, location, location-based information and information about the way the Software is used.   This information may be used to improve software ease-of-use, environments/technologies supported and enhancing functionality of the Software.


Use of Information

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

if MedWell is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.



In order to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, the Software provides electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.  For example, access to personal information will be limited to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Software.  Please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


SMS Messages, Notifications and Content

Electronic communication has a number of risks that include, but are not limited to being copied, forwarded, and stored in numerous paper and electronic files.  MedWell will use reasonable means to maintain security but will not be held responsible for the content, timeliness or any interpretation of these messages.  

Standard text messaging rates or other carrier charges may apply when using the Software to receive or send messages and notifications. 

By accessing the software you consent to receive communications, and for content and communication you submit, you acknowledge that you have all the necessary rights, licenses, consents and approvals to submit such content, and it does not violate any privacy, public, copy, trademark or any other rights of any person or entity.
